Check-in is from 12:30 to 18:00. After this time we can organize a self check-in. Check-out is by 10:30.
All guests must (by law) show a valid identification document, without which unfortunately we will not be able to host you.
The municipality of Naples provides for a tourist tax of €3.00 per person/day for the first 14 days of the visit.
Breakfast is not included but it is with pleasure that we offer all our guests a courtesy basket with snacks, rusks, jam, nutella, water and juices in the fridge, coffee, tea and various herbal teas.
The rooms and bathrooms are cleaned every day between 10.00 and 13.00. Therefore we ask our guests to vacate the rooms within this time; otherwise we cannot guarantee the cleaning service.
The change of sheets takes place every 4 days, that of towels every 3 days or in any case at each guest change.
If a further change is required, the cost will be €5.
Make sure you close the lift doors well so as not to inconvenience the other condominiums.
Throw only toilet paper down the toilet, for other waste use the bin.
Try to respect the times of silence between 11.30 pm and 8.00 am: there are also other guests in the house.
Turn off all electrical appliances, lights, faucets and the air conditioner before leaving the house.
Smoking is prohibited.
For the final delivery of the keys, you can leave them on the table in your room, in case we are not present.
It is possible to leave your luggage at no additional cost: we are available to inform you on how to store it.
The common area (kitchen) is video-monitored in compliance with the principles, rules and obligations established by the general provision 28/04/10 of the privacy guarantor.
